Four Years of Juicy Burgers and Decadent Fun

September, 2010, South Norwalk, CT: *“Go Big or Go Home!” is Owner/Chef Nick Bilello’s motto. And Nick is going big this year with his 4^th Annual BURGER STOCK Party in celebration of Burger Bar & Bistro’s 4 years of success in South Norwalk, CT, Thursday, September 9, 2010, starting at 6:30 PM.

Prior to Burger Bar & Bistro, Nick ran the same location as Tenero, an Italian trattoria. Though the restaurant was a success, Nick was looking to do something more fun, and more accessible to a wider audience. Nick created Burger Bar & Bistro, filling a void in the area’s offerings. Burger Bar & Bistro opened in the heat of the summer in 2006. Serving a limited, but highly specialized menu of burgers, wings, dogs, fries, salads, sandwiches, and pizza, his quirky little restaurant soon earned him raves and “best burger” accolades from area media outlets and online food chatters. Today, Nick continues the burger legacy with the addition of 1200 square feet to his popular restaurant and bar.

“Burger Stock has evolved over the years,” beams Nick, “it’s my way of saying Thank You to my customers and friends…and it causes a really big scene in SoNo!”

Nick’s pulling out all the stops with his comfort food menu and the beer’s on him! Live music from the popular band Fake ID will be jammin’ all night long, as well as plenty of Burger Bar & Bistro’s signature game playing, contests, and give-aways.
